Refund policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Little Force Co. ("we," "us," "our").

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want your little one to love their outfit. If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help you with a return and a full refund of the product price.

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at tjbjbrands@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, because returns without authorization cannot be processed.

3. Return Conditions

Items should be returned in clean condition, with tags and original packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, items that are visibly soiled or damaged by use cannot be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item or size, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Wrong Size

Ordered the wrong size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help you exchange it for another size, subject to availability.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
